ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier Warm-up Matches 2018 Live Scores, Schedule, Squads, Live Streaming & TV Channel
ICC World Cup Qualifier 2018 is a cricket tournament scheduled to be held from March 04 to March 25, 2018, in Zimbabwe to decide the final qualification for the 2019 World Cup, but before that each side will play two warm-up match on February 27 and March 01.
The top two teams will qualify for the World Cup, joining the hosts England and the seven teams (Australia, Bangladesh, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, and Sri Lanka) who will have already qualified through their ranking in the ICC ODI Championship.
ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2018 features thirty-four matches (20 Group match, Playoff matches, and the final), ten teams participate in the competition, divided into two groups. Each side will play the other teams in their group once with the top three from the groups progressing to the Super Six stage. The teams each play three Super Six matches against the sides they did not meet in the group stage. All points won in the groups will be carried over to the Super Six stage apart from those gained against the bottom two from each group.
The finalists will both progress to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, while the Netherlands (ICC World Cricket League Championship winners) and the three highest finishing Associate Members will earn One-Day International (ODI) status till 2022 upon the conclusion of the event.
